Healio Pte Ltd (“Healio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and managing your personal data responsibly. If you believe your privacy has been compromised, you may lodge a written complaint to hi@healio.sg, addressed to the Deputy CEO, within four (4) months of becoming aware of the issue. Please include relevant details of the suspected breach.

We take all complaints seriously and will investigate promptly. Disciplinary action may be taken if a breach is confirmed.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our operations. Any updates will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
